he actually wishes to receive precise and detailed
explanations about the characteristics of the
diamond he is buying, about the possible market
value (and therefore price) differences and
generally speaking he likes to feel more protected
in his choices, both under the information and
the security viewpoints.
In order to help
its customers to supply an adequate service
to their final buyers, Osigem was the first
in Italy to be in a position to offer a new,
interesting product in the gem world: the
diamond certified is inscripted on the girdle
with the report number by laser technology.
The laser inscription on the girdle has no
negative effect on the stone clarity and create
a direct identification of the stone and a
total purchase protection for the customers.

The four parameters
identifying each diamond are:
colour,
clarity
cut
catat
Internationally
defined as four "C", they enable a
precise identification of the quality and value
of the gem being examined.
The method with which a diamond is cut and polished
and its proportions and symmetry are very important
because their combination creates the life,
brilliance and light dispersion of the stone.
In the case the above parameters result below
standard, this would negatively affect the diamond
appearance.
